Job summary

The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Somers, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
