Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care to meet resident outcomes.
• Collaborates with health care providers to coordinate medical and nursing management.
• Provides resident care supervision.
• Performs emergency treatment within RN/LPN scope.
• Maintains and documents resident care records.
• Promotes resident and staff safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Adheres to Nebraska/state and federal regulations for Memorial Community Health operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
