Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads, VA. The position offers $37-$39 per hour with per diem scheduling and same-day or next-day pay options.

We provide weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and available full-time hours on a per-diem basis to fit your lifestyle. Local staffing coordinators are available 5 AM–11:30 PM to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
