MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem dispensing duties in our Washington clinic. You will dispense medications such as Methadone and Suboxone, update records, and ensure secure storage per regulations.

You will work with physicians, nursing supervisors, and counseling staff to support patient treatment plans while maintaining a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to individuals in substance use disorder recovery.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in PA in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• EMR/computer proficiency desired.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred, self-motivated and positive toward individuals in substance abuse treatment.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Administer daily medication to patients per program policy and medical protocols, including Methadone and Suboxone.
• Use automated dispensing systems, calibrate pumps and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Produce and maintain records and reports as required by company protocol and federal/state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards for distribution and storage of controlled substances per CFR.
• Order, receive and stock medication per DEA and state regulations.
• Provide daily patient assessments.
• Assist Nursing Supervisor to orient new nursing staff.
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
