Qualifications

• Must hold a current NH LPN/LVN license and maintain good standing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications in accordance with program policies.
• Maintain dispensing equipment and manage medication inventory.
• Record patient treatment information and maintain reports.
• Ensure secure storage and handling of controlled substances per CFR.
