Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide skilled nursing care in diverse facilities, with available same-day or next-day pay, a signing bonus after two shifts, and flexible scheduling.

Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required. Local staffing coordinators are available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM to support you and ensure smooth shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required in Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• LPN scope of practice includes wound care and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and patient education to assignes.
• Collect and document patient information accurately.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as facility needs dictate.
