Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for Per Diem shifts in Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the healthcare team.

Perks include same-day/next-day pay, weekly payroll, and a signing bonus after two shifts. Local applicants and active LPN license required; 1 year of facility experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
