Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Competitive pay: $37-$39/hour, same-day or next-day pay available. Local shifts, flexible scheduling, and support from dedicated Staffing Coordinators. Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, active LPN license, current BLS/CPR, and a PPD within the last year.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
