Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our per diem team across Hampton Roads. Pay ranges from $37.00 to $39.00 per hour, with same-day or next-day pay and a rapidPay card. Hiring bonus is offered after completing two shifts.

We welcome active LPNs with at least one year of facility-based nursing experience, current BLS/CPR, and a valid PPD within the last year. Per diem, flexible scheduling, and local staffing coordinators are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• PPD test within the last year is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
