First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads. Expect competitive pay of $37–$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay and flexible scheduling.

The role requires an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based nursing, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
