Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Local applicants only, per diem shifts with flexible scheduling and rapid pay options.

Competitive pay is offered with weekly payroll and an optional hiring bonus after two shifts completed. We are looking for candidates with an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD (TB test) within last year.
• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
