Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The position offers hourly pay of $37-$39 with same-day/next-day pay options.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Responsibilities cover nursing care, med administration, documentation, wound care, and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test completed within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
