Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Per Diem positions offer flexible scheduling, with pay ranges of $37–$39 per hour and same-day or next-day pay options.

We require an active LPN license, a minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. Additional requirements include PPD within the last year and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
