Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day pay options and a weekly pay cycle.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications, documenting patient information, wound care, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Local candidates only; EEO employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
