Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving the Hampton Roads area, VA. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate care with the health team.

Earn $37.00-$39.00 per hour, with same-day or next-day pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Local applicants preferred; active LPN license, 1 year of facility experience, and current BLS/CPR are

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
