Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year and ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collect and document patient information and provide wound care.
• Educate patients and monitor evolving conditions.
