Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for practical nursing (LPN).
• 1+ years clinical experience preferred in hospital or similar health care setting.
• Current State of CT license to practice as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN for assigned patients.
• Medication & treatment administration and teaching.
• Implements the interdisciplinary care plan and documents data.
• Supervises CNA care to align with the care plan.
• Participates in mandatory inservices and quality improvement.
