Job summary

You will support rounds, assessments, and consistent communication with residents’ families while maintaining safety standards. Qualified candidates hold an NJ LPN license, graduate from an approved program, and can work

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and Physical.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assisting physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicating effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
