Job summary

The Elms Center in Milford, NH is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This per-diem role offers flexible shifts and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in New Hampshire.

The Elms Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for LNAs seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Available Shifts: Per-diem team members have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation: $22 - $27 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
