Job summary

The Elms Center in New Hampshire is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This per-diem role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents, assisting with vital signs, and collaborating with nurses. NH LNA license required; long-term care experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNA license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis.

The Elms Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for LNAs seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Available Shifts

Per-diem team members have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation

$22 - $27 based on experience

Key Responsibilities
