Job summary

The Elms Center in Milford, NH is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This per-diem role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful, resident-centered impact.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health changes, provide comfort and safety, and collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA license required.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

Job description

The Elms Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for LNAs seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Available Shifts: Per-diem team members have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation: $22 - $27 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
