This per diem role focuses on mentoring and professional development, with no direct patient care or administrative leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong background in behavioral health, supervision, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania LCSW license required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision toward Pennsylvania LCSW licensure.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and clinical consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensure supervision to clinicians in accordance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations.
• Support supervisees in developing clinical skills, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, and professional growth.
• Review clinical cases and provide guidance on evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices.
• Ensure supervision meets Pennsylvania licensure requirements and organizational standards.
• Maintain supervision documentation as required by state regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with program leadership regarding supervisee progress and clinical development.
