Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately six months to a year is required to learn the job.

Responsibilities

• The Laboratory Assistant performs lab customer service and phlebotomy.
• Enter orders and handle patient information and test results.
• Process specimens prior to testing and ship to reference labs.
• Collaborate with coworkers and staff across departments; participate in ongoing education.
