Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery unit on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes direct and indirect patient care, education, and adherence to clinical standards.

The unit supports a 1:1 to 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio with a Day shift (7am–7:30pm) and requires a BSN, PA RN license, and BLS. Prior L&D experience preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling and onsite amenities.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PA RN license required for practice in Pennsylvania.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Prior Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in Labour & Delivery.
• Documents admissions, assessments, plans and changes per policy.
• Uses information systems to communicate patient status and coordinate care.
• Maintains infection control standards and a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
