Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• Must complete and pass Epic training within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to maintain patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and participate in therapeutic milieu.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and hygiene needs.
• Support nutrition and meal procedures as per unit protocol.
• Escort and supervise patients to ensure safety.
• Identify equipment or supply issues and report them.
• Complete mandatory in-service requirements and pursue professional development.
