Job summary

Accelerate Therapy and Performance seeks a Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist to support grocery store warehousing/distribution sites in Dwight, IL. This in-person role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a tangible impact on worker health.

Ideal candidates are licensed Athletic Trainers, PTA, OTA, or CSCS holders with CPR/AED/First Aid, plus a strong customer-service mindset and ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in related field (ATC/PTA/OTA) as listed.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
