Accelerate Therapy and Performance invites applications for a Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist to support our grocery store warehousing client. The role targets Athletic Trainers or Physical Therapist Assistants with CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Work is in person in Dwight, IL with flexible per diem hours including at least one weekend day per month. Candidates gain autonomy, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative, wellness-focused environment.

Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist in the Industrial Setting

Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Type: Per Diem - Support includes filling in during vacations, sick days and 1 scheduled weekend day per month (up to 8-hour shift)

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor's degree
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
