Job summary

Accelerate Therapy and Performance in Dwight, IL is seeking a Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist to support in-person coverage for vacations, sick days and one weekend shift per month. The role targets athletic trainers or PTAs with active licenses to educate industrial athletes and deliver preventive care using proven protocols.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative team, emphasize safety, and build trust with clients while managing schedules in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
