Job summary

Advocate Health in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to cover PTO and times of increased volume in the Infusion department. This part-time position requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Illinois.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with no observed holidays. The RN will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care aligned with established standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication.
