Job summary

Advocate Health in Park Ridge is seeking a skilled RN for part-time infusion services. The role requires a nursing license, BLS, and at least one year of RN experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with PRN 1–2 days per week.

The position emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based patient care and coordination within a large nonprofit health system. Candidates must meet program prerequisites and be able to work in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Schedule: PRN needed minimum of 1-2 days per week between Monday-Friday from 8:30-5pm.
