Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Compassionate and respectful approach when working around elderly and disabled residents.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and clinical spaces.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for residents at all times.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team.
