Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist to join CPS, part of the Optum family, in a hospital setting with flexible per diem scheduling. You will review orders, provide clinical services, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS Pharmacy and an Indiana license in good standing; hospital experience and dispensing cabinet familiarity are preferred. Day shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with on-call opportunities.

Qualifications

• PharmD, BS Pharmacy, or equivalent degree.
• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
