Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required:

• PharmD, BS Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.

Preferred:

• Hospital pharmacy experience.
• Behavioral health experience.
• Experience with automated dispensing cabinets.

Schedule Highlights

• Flexible per diem coverage.
• Day shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• Opportunity to participate in evening and weekend on-call coverage.
