Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment usage; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, serves, and delivers a high-quality product to patients, employees, and guests.
• Maintains proper use and storage of equipment and a clean environment (utensils, floors, equipment, etc.).
• Monitors kitchen equipment and appliances for malfunctions and proper temperatures.
• Receives, inspects, and stores all supplies entering Food Service Department.
• Completes all requested forms pertaining to the Food Service area.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
