Universal Health Services’ Alan B. Miller Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Food Service Worker to prepare, deliver and retrieve patient trays and ensure accurate meal setup for patients across units.

In this role you may also work in retail areas, assist with dishwashing, floor cleaning and trash removal. Prior healthcare food service experience and ServSafe knowledge are preferred; a high school diploma is recommended.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food preparation, handling and storage required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, deliver and retrieve patient trays and ensure accurate setup and delivery of patient meals.
• Work in retail areas (Food Server/Cashier) as needed; dishwasher operations.
• Floor cleaning (swept/mopped); trash/cardboard removal.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
