Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English/Spanish.
• Commitment to compliance program and code of conduct; attend required training and report issues to the Compliance Officer.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food carts to patient floors in the specified order and return carts to the dish room on schedule.
• Wash pots and pans by hand and operate the dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and overall kitchen and floors.
• Assist with tray line assembly and related kitchen tasks.
• Apply proper lifting techniques and follow kitchen safety procedures.

Conhecimentos

Bilingual English/Spanish

Food safety knowledge

Formação académica

Food handler certification (City of McAllen/Edinburg or ANSI)

High School diploma or GED (preferred)
