Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; ServSafe preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain sanitary practices.
• Capable of working in hot and cold areas, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cool and store food per recipes and menus.
• Set up patient hot foods and assist with functions as needed.
• Record temperatures and keep cafe/patient lines stocked.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and follow safety policies.
