Responsibilities

• Work according to daily production sheets and prepare food supplies and equipment.
• Follow or modify recipes using broiling, boiling, grilling, baking and frying.
• Prepare food items in advance to meet production schedule.
• Produce quality, aesthetically pleasing and tasty items with creativity.
• Perform light cleaning and uphold sanitation procedures.
• Minimize waste and assist in using excess cooked food efficiently.
• Assist with Receiving Deliveries and rotate stock labels/dates.
