Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care in the Cape May/Atlantic County area, visiting patients at home and coordinating with physicians.

The role requires an active NJ RN license with hospice nursing experience, strong communication, and emotional resilience. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Eligible employees may receive standard company benefits such as PTO and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license and ability to practice in-state.
• Proven hospice nursing experience.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and meds.
• Commitment to safety and high ethical standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to plan patient care.
• Make home visits to evaluate and support terminally ill patients.
• Administer medications and monitor effects.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist families with paperwork and care planning.
• Support end-of-life comfort and symptom management.
• Notify doctors when a patient’s condition changes.
