Job summary

Ennoble Care in Georgia is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care at patients' homes around Gwinnett County. You will collaborate with physicians, triage calls, visit patients as needed, administer medications, and support families during the terminal phase.

The role requires an active GA RN license, hospice experience, excellent communication, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in Georgia.
• Proven hospice or palliative care nursing experience.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Triage phone calls and assess patient needs.
• Make home visits to evaluate patient condition as needed.
• Provide emotional support and assist families with paperwork.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with caregivers.
