Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized treatments meeting patient needs safely and effectively.
• Assess patient health status and suggest appropriate therapy based on Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infection control policies.
• Schedule visits and provide services as per Plan of Care.
• Submit documentation of care and education in a timely manner.
