Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Massage Therapy program or equivalent.
• Meets state licensing laws and regulations.
• Board Certification in therapeutic massage and body work.
• Membership in ABMP or AMTA.

Job Description:This position is responsible for performing massage therapy techniques for relaxation, pain management, or therapeutic purposes as discussed/recommended by the interdisciplinary care team. Techniques employed may include: Compassionate Touch, Everflowing* and other massage techniques in the context of hospice care. Provide muscular therapy to promote relaxation, release of muscular tension, and an increase in body awareness.
