Job summary

Frontier Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join a compassionate team delivering hands‑on end‑of‑life care to patients in Edmond and Shawnee. You will work closely with our nursing staff to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with dignity.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, documenting accurately, and supporting families during difficult times. Requires active CNA license, CPR if required, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice exp a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care according to the plan of care for comfort and well‑being.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support for patients and families.
