Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Hospice Chaplain to work per diem in the Tulsa, OK market. Under the Clinical Director, you’ll join an interdisciplinary team providing spiritual, emotional and bereavement support to patients, families and facilities, aligned with hospice philosophy.

The role requires a Master’s of Divinity, CPE units, and board certification eligibility. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with EMR charting proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Master's of Divinity or equivalent in theology.
• At least four CPE units; eligibility for ACPE or CPSP board certification.
• Strong communication, organization and emotional stamina.
• Ability to perform pastoral care in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral/spiritual care to patients and families.
• Visit patients and develop spiritual care plans with a care continuum.
• Conduct spiritual assessments, document visits per policy.
• Support staff with emotional/spiritual resources and participate in team meetings.
• Facilitate end-of-life sacraments and coordinate with area clergy.
