Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Infusion Home Health RN to provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes. You will administer IV medications, monitor responses, and coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills, with emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year nursing experience with IV therapy and vascular access experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies per orders.
• Manage vascular access devices and perform line care/dressing changes.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient responses.
