Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Three (3) + years of clinical experience in a health facility or home health agency.
• Prior experience with Peripheral IV starts and IV Infusion Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records.
