Job summary

Soleo Health in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in their home or alternate sites. You will assess, plan, educate, and coordinate care for patients receiving infusion therapy, adhering to care matrices and best practices.

Requirements include an active RN license, BSN preferred, infusion experience, and ability to travel up to 1–2 hours. The role offers competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable State Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• RN degree, BSN from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of care with the care team.
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team for each encounter.
• Coordinate patient care via the approved company platform and manage scheduling changes.
