Qualifications

• Connecticut CNA license or Home Health Aide certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meal prep, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor client condition and document vital signs, using EVV.
• Ensure a safe environment and proper use of medical equipment.
