Utopia Home Care, Inc. in Hartford, CT, is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem coverage. Join a Medicare-certified, state-licensed home care agency with a long history of serving Connecticut families.

You will provide hands-on care for ADLs in clients' homes, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a skilled team to support clients' independence and comfort in their familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Must have a HHA or CNA certification and possess the original document of certification from a state approved training provider.
• Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months OR be willing to obtain a physical and PPD test quickly.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from client cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for ADLs in clients' homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders, with patience and compassion.
