• Physical forms (past year) must be submitted; CT Driver's License or CT State ID and SS Card required.
• Must provide documentation of a current physical and PPD within the past 12 months or be willing to obtain them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for clients in their homes, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Care tasks include bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
• Demonstrate patience and compassion, delivering care as if for a family member.
